The high-temperature tubular furnace uses high-quality silicon-molybdenum rod as heating element, has a two-layer lining structure, is made of polycrystalline alumina-based fibrous material, and the two-layer furnace body is equipped with an air-cooling system, due to which it can quickly heat and cool.
