PJSC «proton-pm» purchased our production line for heat treatment

This is Russia’s first industrial 3.0 intelligent heat treatment unmanned production line built according to European standards.

5. Automatic chamber resistance furnace for fast hardening in water (using silicon carbon rod for heating);1 piece

6. Automatic chamber furnace for quick hardening in water (using radiated tube for heating);1 set

7. Automatic chamber resistance furnace with protective atmosphere (using a radiation tube for heating);1 piece

8.Automatic carburizing furnace with atmosphere protection ;1 piece

9. Gas generator rx – natural gas cracking oven;1 piece

10. Tempering furnace; 5 pieces

11. Intelligent online control system (including German PE system);1 set

12. Experimental furnace production line, including 5 sets of equipment
