DZH series vacuum brazing furnaces are used for brazing at high temperature of alloy products, titanium alloy, carbon steel and non-metallic materials.
Equipment structure is mainly horizontal single-chamber or multi-chamber, it can be felt + carbon graphite structure; also can be full screen + high temperature molybdenum metal band structure; rapid cooling system can be added according to the actual work situation.
DZHA series specifically refers to the aluminum vacuum brazing furnace, it is mainly used for vacuum brazing of various finned tube heat exchangers, tube aluminium heat exchangers and other aluminum products.
Equipment structure is single-chamber or multi-chamber. It adopts heat shield entirely of stainless steel + nickel-chromium strips; multi-zone independent temperature control, temperature control is more accurate.
