Baoli Company is our company’s strategic partner. Hebei Baoli Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996. Its leading products include: bridge bearings, bridge dampers, electrified railway catenary fittings, bridge expansion devices, bridge structural parts and water conservancy, tunnel waterproof materials, communication optical cable sheaths, Geogrid, locomotive track shock absorber, industrial rubber roller, etc.

Baoli Stock Hengshui Jindi Casting Co., Ltd. purchased the double-carriage natural gas thermal tempering furnace produced by our company in 2013. The equipment has been used for 7 years, and it has reached the end of the thermal insulation material overhaul. The equipment performance is still very good. Mid-term assessment will be conducted  in December 2020.

Assessment conclusion: From January to November 2020, the symbiotic heat treatment of 35 cast steel is 8770 tons, the total gas consumption is 280,662 cubic meters, the average gas consumption per ton of castings is 32 cubic meters, the average charge per furnace is 68 tons, and the heat treatment cost per ton is 100 yuan . The performance index is excellent, surpassing all electric furnaces and gas furnaces in Hengshui area.
